Here we have Saito, the familiar from Zero No Tsukaima. He is the familiar of Louise, a mage from a different world who summoned him to be a familiar as it is a tradition to summon familiars to be the mage/noble's partner for life. It is, however, not normal to summon a human. However, Saito is a student from Japan on Earth, not another common man on the planet Louise is in. If it interests you, then go watch it!
