Since it's almost Christmas, here is a Jingle Bell dress that I think can be used in different ways. You can either look like some sort of Mrs. Claus, or just put a hairpin and there you go!

Hat: Red Hood/ Star Hairpin
Accessory: Yellow Glasses/ Green Glasses
Socks: White Stockings
Shoes: Santa Boots
