This time, we have a maid outfit, and this outfit comes from the anime said on the title, which translates to "The President is a Maid!". This uniform is what everybody wears at Maid Latte, the Maid café in the show. and maid cafe's are cafes with maids as the waiters, and they serve and act like your personal maid. This outfit has black leggings and black pumps. If there's is a maid hat (which I don't know if they have), then that would probably match this outfit really nicely. If you want to watch this anime, then be aware that (in my opinion) the ending was pretty bad, but the anime overall is funny and pretty good, and I just felt the ending is rushed. But have your own opinion and watch the anime yourself :D
